Crossing Your Ts was created from a simple but deeply held belief:
marketing should serve businesses — not platforms, processes, or partnerships.
After years working within traditional agency environments, I began to see a pattern. Too many marketing decisions were being made based on recommendations that didn’t always align with what was best for the client. Budgets grew, complexity increased, and success was often measured in metrics that didn’t translate into real business outcomes.
I found myself increasingly uncomfortable with that approach.
I believe businesses deserve transparency, honest guidance, and clarity around how their marketing investments are performing. When marketing data isn’t clearly connected to leads, revenue, and growth, business owners are left hoping their investment works instead of knowing it does.
Crossing Your Ts exists to bridge that gap.
My role is not to replace your agency, but to help you ask better questions, understand what the data is truly telling you, and make confident, informed decisions. When marketing is approached with accountability and integrity, it leads to stronger partnerships, reduced waste, and long-term success.
